Has anyone seen this clip with Paula Abdul she was on live American Television she looks absolutely ridiculously drunk! Or she’s gotta be on something cause she looks like a freak in this clip.

Hey Griz, now that I've seen the show and I guess really sat down and thought about it I do find these name calling ie &quot;bush monkey&quot; was a little extreme. I know I said that I found it funny but I guess at the time it was, and I'm sure there where a lot of ppl like me that day watching the show found it funny. I can't wrap my brain around with what is wrong with Paula again. Before she said it was prescription drugs due to the pain of many accidents she was in.

Randy, Paula and Simon probably have the best kept secrets among theirself.

Kelly Pickler said on The View that they are all well aware what is going to take place and there are no suprises. Whatever that means.

We think this is reality tv and maybe its all staged to happen, after all they put people on who cannot sing a note whle we sit and &quot;gasp&quot; or &quot;giggle&quot; about it.

I did get disturbed with the name calling of Simon of the one kid critizing his eyes and calling him a monkey.
I really think this is horrible to do and teengers watch this and will think its ok and taunt and tease other kids worse. Geeze we have these killings by teenagers or suicides due to bullying and meansness of other kids and here we are watching it come down on tv like its funny.

I don't watch American Idol, and have only seen bits and pieces on various &quot;magazine&quot; shows. I did see the clip of Simon Cowell insulting the young man however, and think that his comments were far &quot;beyond the pale.&quot; Have seen Simon as a guest on talk shows and find his arrogance to be amazing! Find myself wondering exactly what HIS &quot;talent is ???

Saw a piece today in which it was insinuated that the &quot;odd looking&quot; people standing in line are pulled out and given songs to sing that they had not prepared for. Could explain a lot.

I have seen Paula recently acting much like she does in the video link above on other programs. It is soooo obvious that she is taking something. She may be on pain killers. I had a family member a couple of years ago, who had back surgery and afterwards she took many pain pills and she acted similar to Paula. It was so embarrassing for the entire family. All the kids would laugh at her. Eventually she got off the medication and is back to normal, but, apparently Paula is having some difficulty. I know Idol has alot at stake with their huge show, but, they really need to insist she get some professional help.

I have always liked Simon, but, lately I am really ticked with him. Someone needs to put him in his place.

Making fun of someone's singing ability is one thing, but, making fun of someone's physical appearance is just mean and shows your own insecurity. Simon is acting like an eight year old...no, not even that, most eight year olds know not to insult people like he does. Plus Randy and Paula should be held responsible for laughing along with the physical insults.
I was disgusted with his remark about that lovely young tall girl, who sang beautifully, only for Simon to remark that she was a giraffe, when she walked out the door. That along with the other verbal insults about physical appearance should not be tolerated. Only the public can get that across to ABC.
