At times there have been shows on TV that were so bad they were good, or so bad they were a laugh riot, but Bad Girls is just bad. It's garbage, sewage, not worth the electricity it takes to b e on. I have no desire to watch anymore, and won't. Too many good things are on Tuesdays. These women are so bad, I don't care about them at all, and by the looks of it, they don't care about themselves either. So far I haven't seen anything on that show regarding improving self, lives, whatever. Shame on Oxygen. I hope someday there will be a network for women that is entertaining, uplifting, informative, and aimed at bettering our lives. The only thing on Oxygen that fits that bill so far is Mo'niques FAT Girls. Lifetime is known around my house as The Abuse Network. Just one show after the other about women and/or children being abused in the worst ways.

Not sure if your comment about Lifetime was in addition to the problematic Oxygen..or if you meant Oxygen. I think it too had a good intent when it started but I rarely watch it..and if I do, it's an old sitcom.. (Lifetime)

I can't even watch Oxygen OR the Bad Girls although I've tried to keep tabs on the status... and recaps at reality shack.. I think the show is SO bad...they stopped recapping it after the second week. I did hear that the 3rd show saw Ripsi out the door...so now there are 6... No clue what has happened in episodes 3 till the present episode.. Not that I really care mind you... I guess I'm hoping the show falls on it's face sooner rather than later! Today I even did a search on it with a word keyed in "cancelled"... But nothing has been mentioned YET!

I hate to sound vindictive... but I hope the show falls on it's face...and Oxygen loses a good chunk of it's viewing audience or cable providers.. My cable provider already dropped it even before The Bad Girls Club debuted..

I don't know...I just finished watching the a mini-marathon of the Bad Girls Club...Yes it's bad TV but I think I'm hooked. I'm not going to tune in every Tues at 10:00 because the replay it enough through the week. But, I'm sure I'll ended up watching it again.



Ripsi reminded a lot of Nicole Richie. She was so out of control and angry.

I'm sure the show will do ok with ratings. It's got a real Jerry Springer like tone to it.

The problem with the show is that the women don't seem to have a plan on how to attain what ever goal they went into the house to attain, and don't seem to really be working toward a goal. It's just a lot of tough broad posturing, and drama queen moments.

It was a comment about Lifetime because both Lifetime and Oxygen both claim to be aimed primarily at the female viewing audience. Both have pretty distorted views of female viewing habits and/or range of interest. Women like to see a lot more things than just the misery of abuse (Lifetime) or gutter living (Oxygen.) Glad your Cable cancelled Oxygen. Maybe that will give the network a wakeup shakeup.

I think the show is awful but does make for good tv, i seen enough not watching it again.
